what edition of Undisputed should I buy?

While boxing sim, Undisputed has been available on PC in early access for quite some time, we now have an official release date for the full version of the game. Being released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and finally fully released on PC on October 11^th, 2024. Those who pre-order the game will get access to Roy Jones Jr 93. Mixing modern boxing greats such as Tyson Fury and all time greats such as Muhamad Ali, boxing fans have not had it this good since the days of the Fight Night series.

Three are a couple of  Undisputed editions to consider and we are looking at them both so you know which is the right one to step into the ring with. 

Undisputed Standard Edition

If you just want to get in on the hard hitting boxing action, the Undisputed Standard Edition is for you. With this, you get the base game and the Roy Jones Jr 93 boxer if you pre-order. This is listed at $59,99/£49,99 on all platforms. PlayStation and Xbox gamers also have the option to pick up a physical copy of the game which are priced at the same as the digital versions of the game. 

Undisputed Deluxe WBC Edition

With a RRP of, $79,99/£64,99 the Undisputed Deluxe WBC Edition is packed with extras that boxing fans will just love. It comes with three days early access, allowing you to play the game before the standard edition. It comes with The Fighter Pack which contains fighters, Jaime Munguia, Regis Prograis, Jesse ‘Bam’ Rodriguez, Dmitry Bivol, Caleb Plant, and Julio Cesar Chavez as well as an alternate ring attire for each fighter. The Apparel Pack this gives you new ring gear for, Claressa Shields, Canelo Alvarez, Oleksandr Usyk, Katie Taylor, Tyson Fury, and Amir Khan. Last and by no means least we have the Era Pack which contains younger versions of three fighters, Tyson Fury ’09, Canelo Alvarez ’11 and Muhammad Ali ’64. 

This is available digitally and physically. In the USA, GameStop has this as an exclusive and in the UK it is retailer GAME. It is worth noting that in the USA, the digital and physical prices of the Undisputed Deluxe WBC Edition are the same. In the UK, the physical edition is a little more, coming in at £69,99. It has also been said that a physical and officially licensed WBC patch will be included with this edition of the game.

What Edition Of Undisputed Should I Buy?

To be honest with you, it all depends on how big a boxing fan you are. If you are just a casual fan of the sport, but love boxing video games. The Undisputed Standard Edition should be more than enough for you to have some digital boxing fun. However, if you are a big boxing fan, we feel that the Undisputed Deluxe WBC Edition is more than fair in its asking price considering all the extra fighters and attires you get.
