Pet Charlie Every Day!

One of the more amusing early parts of the game is where you learn that you can have the dog Charlie as part of your team, as long as you pet her every day. This starts out fun, but it can be so tempting to blow this off. However, that is a huge mistake, while Charlie is a very expensive card to use, if you keep petting her and getting her properly leveled up, during tough battles, Charlie can be an absolute game changer with her ability to take tank like damage!

Check Out The Abbey Grounds

Did you know that it is actually possible to beat Marvel’s Midnight Suns without taking a step outside of the Abbey? Just because you can do it, that does not mean you should. If you do not take the time to explore outside the Abbey you are missing out on some important stuff. There is Agatha’s Cauldron which comes in really handy as you can use it to turn reagents into numerous useful things. Two Hunter armor sets can only be obtained by partaking in outdoor challenges and there is more cool quests and stuff you can get and do outside the actual Abbey.

We all have our favorite characters we favor that was always going to be the case, but Marvel’s Midnight Suns is a game where you need to be as friendly as possible with everyone. The higher your friendship score is with the various members of your team, the better things are for you. You get more benefits, better combos, abilities, and so on. Be sure to have your team of core heroes that you try to take all the way, but be sure to spend a bit of time with everyone.

Take Advantage Of The Difficulty Settings

Do not get us wrong, Marvel’s Midnight Suns is a very challenging game and through the course of the 60 plus hour campaign, you will certainly have your butt handed to you many, many times! While the game starts you out on the medium difficulty setting, you can change this to a lower setting if you are getting destroyed or if a particular mission makes you use a character you are not too good at using. On the flip side of this, you can increase the difficulty and this will not just make things more challenging, but it will also give you far greater rewards such as gloss and XP.

Always Take Time To Research

One of the most important things to get used to in Marvel’s Midnight Suns is research! It is through research that you will get access to new moves and new ability upgrades. Make sure that you are doing all of the research requirements that you are tasked with at the start of the day. Each time you complete a research requirement your research level will increase and this will give you more abilities, advantages, and more that will aid you in combat.
