While Ubisoft certainly did a good job with Assassin’s Creed Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla by turning the series into something more of an open world RPG. Many fans, even if they liked Valhalla felt that the series had started to get away from what it once was. Assassin’s Creed Mirage is going back to the series’ roots with a smaller map and more of a focus on stealth and using your athletic ability to parkour around the map.

Those who felt that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was just too much for them will be happy with this more scaled back, but still epic Assassin’s Creed experience. Of course, as this is Ubisoft, there are different versions of the game and that is why today we are looking at Assassin’s Creed Mirage what edition should I buy?

Assassin’s Creed Mirage is currently scheduled for release on October 12^th for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC.

Next up we have the Assassin’s Creed Mirage Deluxe Edition. This is listed at $59,99/£49,99 which is a fantastic price and just a little more than the standard edition! With this, you of course get the game. However, this also comes with the Deluxe Pack. The Deluxe Pack comes with some great items such as a Prince of Persia inspired outfit, mount and eagle skins, weapons, and some other in game content too. It also includes a digital artbook and soundtrack.

The Assassin’s Creed Mirage: Collector’s Case is the ultimate edition of the game and perfect for those that love their physical collectibles. You get the base game as well as all of the content from the Assassin’s Creed Deluxe Edition. However, you also get the following items as well.

Basim Figurine: This is a very cool looking figure of the main character and for collectors, this is worth the price of the Collector’s Case alone.

Basim’s Broach: Another neat physical item is a replica of the broach that Basim wears in the game.

What Edition Of Assassin’s Creed Mirage Should I Buy?

If you just want the game, the best version you can get is the Assassin’s Creed Mirage Launch Edition from Amazon. You are paying the same price (maybe even five bucks less) than the standard edition and you are getting a collection of lithographs and a map. The Deluxe Edition is priced quite fairly too and if you are a Prince of Persia fan, you will get a kick out of the costume included there. As far as the Assassin’s Creed Mirage Collectors Case goes, the statue and other physical collectibles are awesome and if you are a huge fan of the game, you may want to get that sooner than later as these editions can sell out.
